This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers (fonts included). We only process personal data when you join the waitlist or write to us.

Server log files

When you visit the site, our hosting provider United Domains GmbH (Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany) stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) for a limited period to keep the website running and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place.

Waitlist and newsletter

When you sign up, we store your email address, the time of sign-up and confirmation and your IP address as proof of consent. You first receive an email with a confirmation link (double opt-in); you are only added after clicking it. We only write to you about Sieger Console (sound demos, launch, offers). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 174 Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

We run the waitlist ourselves, without a newsletter service. The data is stored in a database on our web space at United Domains GmbH; emails are sent through the same provider's mail server, with whom a data processing agreement is in place. We do not track whether emails are opened or links clicked. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days; when you unsubscribe, your entry is deleted immediately. For spam protection we keep a hashed form of your IP address for no more than 24 hours.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we only use your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies.

Links to social networks

The links to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook are plain links. Only when you click one do you leave this website; the privacy policy of that provider then applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. Write to support@siegerconsole.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).
