Why Sieger
Things only a complete strip can do
Most strips copy a console. Sieger knows what every module is doing, so the modules can work together.
-
FX Delay
Throw buttons with a send ramp
Hold a pad and the last word flies into the delay. Momentary or latch, with adjustable ramp up and ramp down, so throws sound mixed instead of switched. Three pads, each with its own time.
-
Trigger
Drum trigger with your own samples
Drag and drop your own samples onto the trigger: three layer slots, velocity layers and round robin. Replace, layer or reinforce the original, phase-aligned to every hit. The sample runs through the strip's own processing, so it sits in the mix right away.
-
Space
Reverb that follows the singer
The reverb send sits before the compressor. Loud lines open up the room, quiet lines stay close and intimate, just like riding the send by hand.
-
Dynamics
One-knob parallel compression
Turn one knob for density, not just level. An exact inverse EQ restores the tone, and the parallel path never feeds the reverb or delay.
-
Output
Everything in one strip
Effect returns bypass the clipper. A true-peak ceiling sits at the very end. Every module knows what the others are doing.
-
Record / Mix
Zero latency when you track
Record mode runs with zero latency. Mix mode switches on full quality with oversampling and a fixed latency that never jumps.
-
Instruments
Pick an instrument, the chain rewires
Choose vocals, kick, snare, bass or guitar and Sieger changes the signal chain itself, not just the knob positions.
-
Presets
Producer presets by Manu Stix
Starting points taken from real sessions, from lead vocals to drums, by the producer who designed the strip. Load one, and you are already close to a finished mix.
Sieger (German):
winner.
Sieger Console is made by Ambient Studio in Tyrol, Austria, the studio of producer Manu Stix. It started as the chain he reaches for on every session and is now being built into a single plugin.
